Interview Process:

Our teachers here at New Life have much to do with our success as a school of excellence. We look at more than credentials and technical qualifications. Determining if an applicant is a proper fit for New Life, and if New Life a proper fit for him or her, requires more than looking to a resume and single interview. Thus, we set up a two-part series of interviews with each applicant:

Level I
Is an informal interview with the Headmaster and Dean of Students and the applicant. Upon mutual agreement, a Level II interview is then held to include other administration and faculty.

Level II
Is a more formal interview where structured questions are asked and the applicant is scored

After the interview process, references will be checked, then a decision will be made
